Ocean of Uncertainty

    COVID-19? Pandemic? Modules? What do these words mean? What are these all about? They're just a single word, yet many people including students can tell numerous, spectacular stories about these. No one is an exception because surely, every one of us has some stories to share. Each one of us had different experiences during the time of the pandemic.

 

    As we all know, year 2020 and 2021 are the peak years of the pandemic era. The government implemented lockdown that made people stay at their homes. And that started everything. You may think that is the worst, but no. The worst part was yet to come then. Many students struggled and had difficulties adjusting to the new normal education especially because we couldn't do what we used to do before COVID-19 struck. We badly needed help, but we also knew that we just couldn't stop in the middle of everything. We needed to fight our own battles as we encountered challenges that tested our faith and dreams. It was very hard, really. That's the only thing that I could describe those days.

 

    But despite every problem, we always have a solution to any of them despite how difficult they are. We always have a choice, whether we give up and not try at all or we try fighting worth the risk situations. As a good student I am, I definitely chose the latter. I prioritized my goals and dreams because I know that someday. every struggle I experienced and will experience are going to be worth it eventually. They will pay off every cry I shed. I chose to face the unknown and will keep on sailing the ocean of uncertainty and that is the story of my life during the pandemic.
